How we work.
Schedule a Diagnostic with our Service Advisor. (You can do it online!)
During the visit, one of three things will happen:
Level 1: Service Evaluation – Quick estimate-gathering, no charge.
Level 2: Diagnostics & Troubleshooting – $149 + materials.
Level 3: On-the-spot Repair – $149 + time & materials
If the issue requires more than a small on-site fix, the Advisor will create a flat-rate repair quote and, once approved, we’ll order parts and dispatch a technician to finish the job.
Most visits fall under Level 2 or 3—so expect a $149 diagnostic visit by default.
