Schedule a Diagnostic Visit with our Service Advisor (you can book online).
Service Advisor visits are billed as time & materials at our posted labor rate of $175/hr.
During the visit, we’ll inspect and troubleshoot the issue, and simple repairs can often be completed on the spot.
If more involved work is needed, we’ll provide a clear flat-rate repair estimate for approval before scheduling the next step, and the diagnostic time from the initial visit will appear as a separate line item on the final invoice.
