100 Hr Outboard Service
The most common service your engine needs to live a long healthy life. We recommend completing this every 100 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
Our techs follow a detailed checklist that includes:
Changing the engine oil and filter, changing the lower unit oil and using new gaskets, installing new spark plugs, removing and greasing the propeller, greasing all zerk fittings, and testing operation. When done you will get a full report.

300 Hr Outboard Service
Every 300 hours or three years - or if your telltale stream is a bit weak, we recommend this more in depth service.
In addition to all the services performed in a 100 hour service, during the 300 we will also replace the thermostat(s), replace the water pump, and replace the zinc anodes.

100 Hour – from $639
300 Hour – from $835Battery Replacement
Small (Group 24, 27, or 31) – $89 each + Battery
Large (4D or 8D) – $159 each + BatteryPump Replacement
12v Pump – $375 + Pump
Difficult access may add a surcharge.
Service Area
We serve Marathon → Islamorada → Key Largo with scheduled route days to deliver faster and more efficient service.
We do this because the Keys are long and paying technicians real living wages, plus insurance, plus keeping them happy, is expensive. But, we do it.

One caveat, we are a real company, open Monday to Friday, 8 to 4PM. We really live in the Keys, have wives, kids, boats, payroll, insurance, responsibilities, etc. We are not one dude in a van.
