Raymarine chartplotter installation

Raymarine Instrument Repair and Troubleshooting

Is your wind instrument pointing the wrong direction?  We had a customer who sailed for a year across the Caribbean with his wind direction arrow pointing 180 degrees in the wrong direction the entire time.  He said it was fine, he just dealt with it.  He called us out for an unrelated transducer issue and while there, our tech calibrated his wind gauge in about 30 seconds.  Our guys know their trade.  If you are having issues with a wind, depth, speed or tri-data or damn near any device that says Raymarine on it, give us a call.

Raymarine VHF and AIS setup

Picture yourself 10 miles offshore and there is that tanker over there that looks like its bearing down on you.  It’s the size of a football field and its going to steam roll right over you!  Or, maybe, its going to miss you by 5 miles.  If you had an AIS on your boat you would know these things with absolute certainty.  And we can help!  Our techs have calibrated (and installed) so many AIS systems I know, before you even start to question, that you do NOT want to try to enter all that information into the AIS system for your boat.  You do NOT want to plug that little microSD card into your AIS, then try to run some 30 year old MS-DOS file program in there so that your boat information is correct.  Trust me.  Just give us a call.  We can test your VHF antenna, install your VHF, make sure all those little black wires are attached to the correct things, and that you can tell that that giant freighter ship is actually going to miss you.  And better yet, he will move out of your way because you are broadcasting over AIS
